What to expect when you submit your resume to Boise Inc. 
  • We accept resumes for open positions only.
  • If your skills match the criteria we're looking for, you'll be contacted by telephone.
  • One of our recruiters will go through a screening process with you over the phone.
  • If you're successful in the phone screening, face-to-face interviews will be scheduled with people who would work with you in the position you are applying for (internal customers, hiring manager, peers).
  • Some travel may be required for face-to-face interviews.
  • We use behavior-based interviewing techniques.
