Supporting our neighbors

Employees across the company volunteer thousands of hours to community efforts annually. Employees in our Wouldn't It Be Cool program for fourth graders in Jackson, Alabama, help identify career and learning goals for students. Our people also work with colleges and universities to develop internship programs and on-the-job training in our paper mills to help create talent for the future.
