One of our priorities is to nurture and expand our cadre of talented people across the company. To enhance our performance we must take action to ensure that our organization has the functional knowledge base and employee readiness required for our company's future success.
We are evolving our consistent companywide Performance Plan and Review (PPR) process for salaried employees. Our process creates alignment, accountability, and shared ownership for performance by introducing more rigor to goal setting, measurement, and supervisor assessments.
