Direct Deposit
Boise's online payroll management tool, ePay, enables you to sign up for Direct Deposit online or edit your current Direct Deposit designations online.

ePay
ePay is Boise's online payroll management tool that enables you to manage your payroll and compensation information online. With ePay you can:
- View your paycheck
- View your compensation history
- Sign up for Direct Deposit or edit your existing Direct Deposit orders
- View your W-2 forms electronically
- Request printed W-2 forms for prior years not displayed electronically
- View or update your W-4 tax information
Former employees who left the company after April 18, 2009, can view pay history until December 31 the year following the end of their Boise employment.

W-2 Forms
Boise's online payroll management tool, ePay, enables you to view your W-2 forms electronically from 2008 forward. You can also request to reissue a printed W-2 form for years prior to those displayed electronically.
Former employees who left the company after April 18, 2009, can access their W-2 forms electronically until December 31 the year following the end of their Boise employment.

Note: Due to federal requirements, you must provide consent each year in order to receive your W-2 electronically. You can provide consent for 2011 at any time throughout the year.
