Recycling Boise Ream Wrap

Boise is and plans to stay compliant with the Federal Trade Commission's (FTC) environmental marketing guidelines. In order to market our ream wrap as recyclable, the FTC requires it be accepted for processing in more than 75% of the recycling programs available to consumers in the markets we sell this product. Due to the variety of recycling practices and processes across the country and our use of hot-melt adhesive to close the uncoated ream wraps, Boise cannot prove compatibility with 75% of the recycling centers, and therefore does not make the recyclable claim for our wrapper.   If you are interested in recycling the ream wrap, please check with your local recycling center to verify their ability to handle the material.
