All six Boise Inc. corrugated manufacturing plants and the packaging headquarters are certified by the Sustainable Forestry Initiative® (SFI®).
Our packaging products are authorized to use the SFI Certified Sourcing product label. In fact, Boise Inc. exceeds SFI requirements because 71% of our corrugated plants' raw materials come from sources certified by the SFI standard.
To earn use of the SFI label, two-thirds of a company's packaging raw material must originate from mills with certified wood procurement systems or recycled paper sources.
