Leadership
Employees at our paper mill in DeRidder, Louisiana, experimented with running only one of the multiple gas burners on mill power boilers. They improved fuel efficiency and lowered the gas bill so much that the local gas company contacted the mill to find out whether something was wrong.

Employees at our paper mill in Jackson, Alabama, celebrated 15 years in 2006 without a single notice of violation from the state's environmental regulatory agency.
