We invest in health and wellness at Boise Inc. Healthcare
costs are as significant as those for trees or energy at Boise
Inc. But they are much more important, because we need to
invest in our employees' health and wellness – it is simply the right thing to do.
We created the Healthy Choices Wellness Program – available to all employees – which includes health screenings at all of our locations. The online components are also offered to spouses and children over age 18. The program is voluntary and absolutely confidential.
Employees use their private Healthy Choices web portal to:
- Set up a personal health profile.
- Access a library of health and medical information.
- Participate in interactive healthy living programs.
The tools are provided by Mayo Clinic, one of the most trusted names in healthcare.
